Our Story
ARK Fire RMS started with a simple frustration: why does fire department software have to be so expensive and complicated?
As a volunteer firefighter in Nebraska, I watched departments struggle with two bad options. They could pay thousands of dollars a year for enterprise software designed for big-city career departments — packed with features they'd never use. Or they could stick with paper records and spreadsheets, making compliance a nightmare and losing the data they needed.
Neither option made sense for volunteer departments running on tight budgets with members who have day jobs and families.
So I built something better. ARK Fire RMS is designed specifically for Nebraska volunteer and small career departments. It has the features you actually need — incident reporting, training tracking, Nebraska tax points, personnel records — without the enterprise bloat or enterprise price tag.
Most importantly, it's built by someone who understands the fire service. Someone who knows what it's like to come back from a 2 AM call and still have to log the run.
